Welcome to the NCC (Norwood Cycle Club)
Back tandem rider Laurance Black with Jonathan Green
The NCC was established in 2007 by a group of experienced cyclists who all volunteer their time to encourage and help cyclists of all ages (min age16) and abilities to improve their cycling proficiency, get fit, have fun and meet like-minded cyclists and ultimately register for one of Norwood's Challenge Bike rides raising money for Norwood. Norwood is a registered charity that supports thousands of child adults, and families living with leaning disability.
What sets the club apart is that we include where possible our special tandem teams with front ride riders supporting a rider with learning disability as well as offering a selection of training rides on most Sundays for all abilities. We offer Sunday rides in 2 categories, fast (16-18 mph) steady (11-14mph). The rides start from Radlett and Northwood with the majority of our riding around Herts and Bucks.
Come along ,join us and be part of the Norwood Cycling Community. Email us at email@example.com or speak to our club secretary Lynne Gilbert m: 07710 326514

Sunday Ride Information
We offer rides on most Sundays from Radlett and Northwood. We offer 2 kinds of training rides. For fast and experienced riders on raid bikes and for steady riders on all bikes (hybrids/ tandems /road bikes) training rides.
If you are a steady rider (11-13mph) and want to get some more experience on the road and riding with others then this is the group for you on the 1st Sunday of every month -starting March 3rd . You need a reasonable basic fitness and confidence that you can ride for 3 hrs minimum over 30 miles
For our more experienced and faster riders we have 2 options .
Group 1: 14-16mph , Group 2: 16-18mph. The big Radlett ride is on the first Sunday of the month for all standards and types of bikes . You only need to have a basic fitness and used to riding on the road . and the Northwod rides are on the other Sundays for road bikes only. 1st Sunday month Radlett rides start March 3rd 2019 For all the info go to
